Park Towers

Park Towers, developed by DAMAC Properties, is a mixed-use complex on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) in DIFC. It has two 49-floor high-rise buildings offering apartments, offices, and shops for rent and sale. The first seven floors are for offices, and residential units start from the 12th floor. The podium level has parking and retail spaces.

 

Each building is 120 meters (394 feet) tall and easily recognizable in the DIFC area. The complex was named the ‘Best Mixed-Use Development in the World.

 

Construction began in 2004 and finished in 2011. The residential side offers studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, each with a large balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

The commercial side includes a business center with modern office facilities, cafes, eateries, and retail shops. Business owners can choose between shell-and-core units or fully-fitted offices.
